Project: Landing Page
Client: Pure Radiant Beauty, LLC
The Problem: Pure Radiant Beauty, LLC was new to the esthetician scene but had a few loyal clients booking manually through an unsecure app that was hard to track new or returning customers.
The Solution: Founder Meeks Rahming contacted me to design and write copy for a landing page for booking purposes. The landing page curation outlined spa services and specials, booking management and online checkout.
The Result: Pure Radiant Beauty, LLC increased bookings by 33% with their new site continues to have easier access to customer information and booking history.

Recent Content Writing Project
Project: Blog Post
Client: American Pet Cancer Foundation
The Problem: The Canadian/American Pet Cancer Foundation was actively seeking freelance content writers for a relaunch of their brand across multiple web and social channels.
The Solution: For quality and skills testing, they instructed a 200-300 word sample blog post outlining how to detect the most common lymphoma in dogs.
The Result: The blog was written to the foundation's requirements with credible sources, and excellent formatting and SEO keywords. The sample post led to a brief position with the foundation as a content generalist.
Spec Projects
Project: Press Release
Sample Client: Avon Health (fictional company)
The Problem: Avon Health needed to announce expansion to the west of Central Florida with new hospital.
The Solution: Avon Health wanted to alert the press of their expansion efforts. It was decided that a press release would be the best way to get the word out.
The Result: Avon Health was delivered a 150+ word press release straight to the point about what phase the project is in and completion dates. The press release was enough to get local media buzzing which offered more opportunities for interviews about the expansion efforts.

Technical Documentation
Project: Timekeeping Procedure
Sample Client: Orlando Health
The Problem: New managers who acquired timekeeping responsibilities needed instructions on how to approve their team's timecard using UGK Kronos software.
The Solution: A procedure was written directed to timekeepers on a quick way to approve one or more timecards for their team.
The Result: The procedure now serves as a department guide for over 1000 team members.
