2022

Project: Email Campaign

Client: Pure Radiant Beauty, LLC

The Problem: With the website officially ready for launch, Pure Radiant Beauty, LLC needed to get the word out to her clients. I suggested to the founder, Meeks Rahming, that building an email campaign would be best.

The Solution: I imported over 200 contacts to Ascend email client and began writing an email that would garnish interest in transitioning to the new website to book future services.

The Result: Upon website launch, an email was sent out highlighting the benefits of using the new site and what it means for loyal and new customers. The email launch resulted in an open rate of 40%.

2022

Project: Social Media Ad

Client: Pure Radiant Beauty, LLC

The Problem: Meeks Rahming, founder, reached out to me to help with a social media ad to gain new customers for a Valentine's Day discount bundle for couples.

The Solution: I wrote short copy for the ad to be posted on Instagram along with using Canva Pro for graphics.

The Result: Pure Radiant Beauty, LLC gained six new customers with this social media ad.

2021-2022

Project: Website & Social Media Management

Client: Booksy Fiend

The Problem: Booksy Fiend was a new book box subscription service highlighting recently released new adult and young adult fantasy books. To compete with the increasing number book box services, Booksy Fiend wanted to stand out with their own website as opposed to using Cratejoy

The Solution: Booksy Fiend decided to use my services to construct and design their website and marketing materials.

The Result: Within 3 months, Booksy Fiend had increased their revenue by 400% and increased engagement through social media and their website.

Project: Product/Service Description

Client: Pure Radiant Beauty, LLC

The Problem: To expand their website booking, Pure Radiant Beauty, LLC wanted customers to know what their services entails.

The Solution: The company's goal was to add a small snippet of information about the services to provide more information to customers regarding what to expect before arriving for their appointment.

The Result: I wrote copy for over 50 services that customers can book through the website pinpointing the benefits of each and what the service is best used for. 

2021

Project: Newsletter

Client: Booksy Fiend

The Problem: Booksy Fiend wanted a monthly newsletter going out to their contact list on the current and future book picks and trivia and upcoming shipping updates.

The Solution: It was decided the best way to communicate the monthly changes is through email campaign. Using Ascend email client, I wrote three months worth of newsletters.

The Result: The email campaign helped to keep customers in the loop and they expressed their appreciate of transparency.

Project: Email Campaign

Client: Pure Radiant Beauty, LLC

The Problem: With the success of the welcome email campaign during the launch of their website, Pure Radiant Beauty, LLC received an influx of customers. Communication about bookings was not easy to keep up with manually.

The Solution: I suggested to founder Meeks Rahming that email automation may be best to eliminate manually reaching out to new and returning customers about their bookings and allow for more time caring for pressing business needs.

The Result: The booking site is now equipped to send out automatic emails and SMS reminders using Ascend with all services available on the site and to all contacts who book using the site. This is released a load of work from the company which now allows them to allocate dedicated time to building other areas of their business.
