Here are some technical writing I've accomplished.
2023
Project: Badge Request Procedure
Client: Orlando Health
The Problem: Managers and assistants did not know the proper procedure to obtaining or renewing their contractors' badge.
The Solution: I took the initiative to create a guide for managers and assistants who did not otherwise know where to start.
The Result: A 5 page document was created and distributed amongst the IT department to over 300 managers and 4 executive assistants who use it every day.

Project: Identity Access Training Video
Client: Orlando Health
The Problem: Managers who often onboard contractors to their team are responsible for requesting their identity (email, login credentials) through the Access Request System (ARS). Most managers are not familiar with hw to navigate the system to complete this task. There is a video tutorial for this system, however, many do not know where to find it.
The Solution: I created a procedure for managers to identify where to find the video tutorial.
The Result: A short procedure was procured that managers now use to find the ARS training video to streamline their onboarding process.
